I honestly think it's about time jewelies get a new thread, different lines or not. There's a new nursery thread (no lines yet, pff), new 'Life of a Jewel Maned Dragon' topic, and even a new fanclub!
The light competition is a good idea. Some new shiny lines would look amazing! Maybe if Lumpin' would narrow the entries down to just two or three, we could have just staff (artists to moderators, admins to GAs) vote on them. Or have everyone who wants to vote, vote.

That would be making a new thread and it would be easy to do but there is the idea of new lines floating around now.
