a few questions tho:
- will their be a kennel system in this miniature?
- are they ride-able ;A;
- is their heart outside of their body or is it just a transparent heart that isn't their actual heart?

im not sure what you mean by kennel, do you mean nursery? if so, there will be but not as of right now!! since there arent any adopts out yet and there wont be that many at the start there's no need for a nursery yet. but if you mean something else please correct me cx
I'd assume they'd be rideable by small children/toddlers, but not by adults from size comparison i could see here!! it wouldn't be a best idea for small children to ride them though sine they can't exactly understand too well and be likely to fall off
the heart is a patch of their skin that's a transparent membrane!! so it isn't their actual heart :0

- as for that kennel system, I mean like a storage thing for canine-like species. ummm an example would be like certain horse species, you need to register a stable of some sort in order to adopt them. I think bear run Icelandic tolters, and the second chance shelter! if that makes sense

no, non staffs are able to!! :3
You can gift people fullcolor chowlin art for karma, or you can gift chowlins themselves for karma. it can also potentially be awarded by artists of competitions!
The reason why it's a little more difficult to earn customs is because kalons had a little problem where I believe there were more customs then there were actual adopts or something like that? or generally just too many customs around.
there's also probably going to be a karma lottery !
