Breeding Cooldown:
with this i introduce the breeding cooldown, it will begin from today, so from now on you need to be careful if you do breedings with your horses. i will not punish double breedings for the next 2 weeks so that you can manage all breedings and that all current breedings are done till the end of the 2 weeks. this doesn't apply to foals, if a foal is breed in lesser then 2 weeks it will get 1 month ban!
the cooldown takes affect on all foals done from 10.10 and all horses breed from 10.10.
Rules:
- cooldowns will be 1 week per adult breed horse and 2 weeks for a new born foal
- if a horse breeds even if it is on cooldown it will get a 1 month ban, but only 2 weeks if it was an accidend
- cooldowns will start from the moment the foal is born
- every owner needs to keep track of their horse, it is appreciated when a user messaged the owner when he breeds with the horse to prevent double breeding on different artists

For Artists:
Try to prevent accepting the same horses twice in different breedings because it can happen to end in a double breeding if you do both breedings in a short amount of time.
if you know that a horse is on cooldown (you mustn't know this just if you happen to know it!) then feel free to decline the breeding if you don't want to wait a week or two till the horse can breed again.
it is appreciated when you write down the horses included in the breeding from now on (not just the foal owners name), that will make it easyer for owners to keep track of their cooldowns ^^
