Ref.:in my gallery the blue dogs with silver sparkles their names are tsuki and hoshi tsuki has silver feet and hoshi has gold
Items:tsuki-2 silver ear peircings on the back and front of the right ear and a moon dangling at the bottom and a silver bracelet with a silver star attached to it
hoshi-same as tsuki but their gold and there a star on the earing and moon on the bracelet

Other:i dont have a full ref of hoshi but he looks like tsuki just with gold instead of siler and both of them have glitter on their bodies
use dodge put the brush size on 1 and increase the opacity full and also increase the scattering to how much you think it suitable it gives the glitter effect on the body
