Something with a grey or white base, a natural design but with grey-scale and maybe some dark browns if it looks good. Some LotR-ish designs in bronze.

I don't know if accessories will look good, but try something like Sherlock's blue scarf if you can.

Cutie Mark:
WIP, I hope this is okay, but I want to see the design before I choose a cutie mark.

Mane and Tail Style:
Mane is short and styled like a gentleman, search "BBC Sherlock Holmes" for inspiration, maybe slightly messy.
Tail will be medium-short, slightly messy like the mane, like before, you can use Sherlock Holmes as inspiration.

Decribe what you'd like: I would like a pony to go with an already existing one. A complementing pony. So I would like a pony that looks like it is made of ice. The horn would be one long icicle. I would the eyes to seem like they are made of a stream that is just frozen over the top so you can still the water moving underneath. I'd like the coat to be a very very light blue with a slight mixture of white and very light pink.
Accessories: A headband that looks like water with a little bit of frost or snow on
Cutie Mark: As spiraling icicle
Mane and Tail Style: Slightly flowing with the bottoms made to look it is steadily freeing into icicles

Decribe what you'd like: Something with a color pallet of this, please. I'd like her to have long hair, with a pastel blue (preferably #7CB9E8) and a few striped on her hip. As for her tail, mainly strait with some little curls at the bottom.
Accessories: A blue bow in her hair, but a small one. And, if possible, this Crochet Lace-Top.
