I don't think so, because you're only allowed four colors on the coat, and rainbow is more then four.

Using rainbow coloring has been brought up before c: Check it out:

This has been happening more than I would like it too,JBDs can have four colors max! Rainbow is an assort of different colors, not one. Don't think it's okay just because someone else did it. Please keep this in mind, if I see this again the person involved will get a one week temp ban. If you read through the whole front post it would be way to avoid.
