Well, technically Native Pride Paints is the official Paint Horse registry, so if you want to join a breed association with paints, that's the one c: However, if you'd like to create your own, you're more than willing to create a color association (tovero, sabino, frame, plain old pinto, etc.) that's perfectly acceptable c: After the paint horse association has been up for at least a month, you can also ask to run for president if you'd like, so there are quite a few options when it comes to that ^^
