I'm asking all Guest Artists to stop after #99, so a full artist may post the 100th
#100 will introduce a new set of lines that artists may choose from from numbers 100 onward

The artist who creates #100 must follow this set of rules:
#100 may not be a custom
#100 may not be your first Mutato design
The artist creating #100 must have made at least 3 designs already

The artist who makes #100 will also receive a CS pet as a prize C:
