May I suggest that instead of keeping the same artists/accepting whichever artists asks, that maybe you hand-pick people from adopts staff, or host a competition? Some people who are amazing at designing aren't the best at breeding. People have different strong suits. <3

Good suggestion. I'll probably do that. I have a fun competition idea.
