Question: Can JBD's comunicate with other animals, like birds and dogs and such?

yeah, Kiley did an awesome job B)

If it lives near them or with them, yes. Most are quick learners and can understand other animals, but if they don't have constant contact with them, they won't be able to communicate properly.
