I had a question I know Jewel mane dragons have a pound where unwanted JMD's go so is there a Jelly bean dragon pound as well? where people can fill out a form and adopt unwanted beans?

I personally think it is much simpler to keep track of individual re-adoptions whenever they come along, having a pound would just be another huge thread prone to spam, recoloring in beans(that dont need a revamp) would be a hassle, just a lot more work than we need at the moment.

Though we do have a re-adopt home, and it can be found here.

I was wondering, is there a readopt home sort of place to age and color in beans from the new lines or are there so few/no beans made by now inactive artists that no one felt the need for a readopt home on the new lines... OR any beans like that with new lines must be colored in on the old ones for some reason?

There are no inactive artists at the moment for the new lines, excluding Berkshire at the moment, so there is little to no need for an age-growth colorin place on the new lines. Our current artists are on top of who they need to age and when.

Hello Jellybean Dragon fans and members! I have a special announcement to make. As of today, my bean Candycorn is retiring! She was the first 'adoptable' JBD and will now be stepping down from her place as a private character. She is now open for all non-owners to RP on the fanforums! This means she is like our mascot, Rainbow, as well as the other two older beans that were made by Moonlight_girl long ago. (The two Christmas ones, not the adopts.)

Please keep in mind as you role-play her that she has a mate and three children, as well as she is one of the oldest beans. She may not find a new mate, nor may she flirt, etc. Since she is also light colored, Candycorn would be very friendly and caring.

This is also a trial run! This means that no other beans should try to step forward and 'retire'. For now, this function is strictly closed. Should this go well, in the far future we may open this up to the public.

So, I've had a little bit of curiosity about the safety of the JBD chat before, but now I'm really quite worried. ono

I was on the chat, about to leave, then a chrome message popped up and told me my java was outdated, and immediately lead me to some website to update my java. I didn't even click anything, I was just typing. ;-; This worries me quite a bit, so I'm going to do an AVG scan, but I want to know, has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone else gotten a virus from something like this on the JBD chat? ;A;

/also ahem my java is perfectly up to date o3o

not to minimod or anything but I know the source of the problem. It's simply a pop-up that gets around the pop-up blocker. I don't know if there is any way to fix it or block it but I have just had to bear with it. It has no virus or anything and it's simply just a scam ^^

There is no actual place/separate adopt center for newbies/non-owners to get a JBD.

You simply just wait for a dragon to pop up on the front-page and click on it to see if its up for adopt. If it is, there's usually some-sort of a contest. Simple or ones the require more than just typing a name. For example; I won three JBD's from guessing contest one was a number, which centered more towards luck and timing. Then the other was guess the animal/breed it was based on. Finally my third was yet another answer to a question.

Though, I have indeed enter contest that require art, coding/formatting, etc. And if you/your friends are lucky there's always non-owner contest that come from time-to-time. So with some patience and dedication you will one day own at-least one of these amazing fluffy dragons we've had nearly 2 years to steal our heart.

We did not ask for minimods, so, do not minimod, its that simple.
Us mods are very busy with real life and things tied in with Jellybean dragons, so you must be patient for a question to be answered, and do not handle it yourself. We mods are here for a reason, and its not to watch our job get done for us, y'know?
Letting you off with a light warning this time, regardless, the questions were answered correctly, so thank you for that at least.

@ Commander Hurricane, that suggestion would have been much better suited for the on-site JBD headquarters, or the design suggestion thread that we have on the fan-site, links to both(Fansite and headquarters) are provided on the front post.
