Hello everyone! I hope you guys are all doing okay.

I'm afraid to announce Simas are going to put on a semi-hiatus on Thursday. We'll definitely be back, we just want to get things in top shape so that we can run the species more efficiently.

It's only a semi-hiatus-- meaning, not everything is closed. The main adopts will run scarcely and we may do a raffle for Winter and some adopts, but the nursery and archive updates will be closed until we're ready to take it on. Trades can be organized, but are not considered official and won't be approved until we're back up. Nursery batches can be completed and artists can still open slots until Thursday- then it closes. During this time, please remember to follow the nursery rules so that everyone has a chance to nab a slot if any artists open tickets.

You have until Thursday to post on the archive update thread with anything you need to be updated. The limit has been lifted so you can get everything done.

Agings and transfers and item usages are permitted, but we will not be approving them during the semi-hiatus. You'll need to track what you're doing so you can post when we open again.

SIMAS ARE BACK BABY!

As some of you might know simas have been on a hiatus for almost 2 years now. That being said corviidae has decided to allow me to end their hiatus and work on keeping the species running. currently i am still in the development phase of getting everything in order so we can open but i wanted to give you a) an official announcement and b) a run-down of a few things to keep in mind.

[1] some things to keep in mind:

• 1 - we're are not running at full capacity. please don't expect staff to keep up with other species.
  
• 2 - new adopts a/o small events will be scarce - that does not mean they wont happen.
• 3 - focus will be more on the side of nursery batches + letting you guys use/develop your simas
• 4 -it will take a little bit of time to get everything open and in order, be patient please.


[2] ARCHIVE IS OPEN - For Hiatus Submissions

• you may now start posting on the archive for trades/gifting/sales you have done during the hiatus.
• i don't expect everyone to have all their proofs since it's been 2 years, but PLEASE go back and confirm the trade with your other party before posting!
• i plan to catch the archive up from things posted before the hiatus first.

• please double check your item archives. make sure anything that has been missed is posted to the archive.
• please double check that your simas (pre-hiatus) are in order on the archive!
• all rules still stand. please refresh yourselves on them!
• you are welcome to start making myos/customs again, while we work on getting other areas set up.
• please refrain from using new items/items acquired over the hiatus until they have been added to your archive.
