Hello!
I am now looking to expand our staff members and I am hoping there are people here who are interested in creating and joining an event team.
The event team will brainstorm general event ideas, going over specific event concepts, games, tasks etc. I thought this would be a great way to get the community more involved and allow these adopts to be a bit more community run.
Requirements:
- You must be active. A minimum of 1 event per season must be reported to me. I feel like this should be achieved as it is a group task and everyone should be getting involved. With prior notice I can expand that time.
- Please be mature. Whilst yes, I condone fun and creativity with these events, I want to avoid things like unicorns, monsters etc.
- You must show good communication skills. These discussions should be held through pm or a separate thread and I don’t want anybody to be or feel left out of discussions.
Within the team, a leader must be chosen to send me and other artists who wish to participate a form with the general event ideas whenever they are brainstormed. I will solely leave the team to decide a suitable leader, someone who is good at communicating and has a creative flare to enhance events and make them fun for anyone who would like to participate.
