we are happy to help with this, but as you make your simas, please note whether or not they are a nursery sima or
a 'main' sima somewhere where it can be easily seen. (main simas can include main adopts, event adopts, MYOs and orphans.)

The rule in question more lies towards the option of using sima specific items on simas that allow for altering the look of the sima such as certain hair items that would allow for addition of hair of a set rarity to the sima as an example. However adding accessories of any kind to your sima is of course more than allowed still even if that particular rule doesn't entirely lie all towards that.

So in short, you are very much welcome to adding accessories to your simas.

HIATUS ANNOUNCEMENT

Simas are now going on hiatus.

Any staff that have not contacted me or agreed to help out during the hiatus are relieved of their duties, but can keep their positions if they wish. Please PM me whether or not you plan to stay around, since I know not all of the staff have a Discord and are added to the Discord staff chat. Lack of response within a week or two, I'll just assume that you didn't want to stick around. Please also finish any overdue batches you have.

Keep in mind, we aren't sure when this will reopen yet- it will reopen as soon as possible, though. We assume around September or October. Thank you all for your support, you have plenty of time to send your items and Simas my way to get them registered to the new archives.

Keep in mind, at this time, you may not gift or trade your Simas, finish MYOs unless you already asked us about it/have pmed me, or anything of the sort-- now including agings and transfers. I know we said we would continue this, but it may be easier for us while we make the archive move. And MYO allowed to be finished by us, please get it done soon and any work in progress agings/transfers please mark that they've been a wip and get them done as soon as possible.

Otherwise, the rules of Simas are still in place. I've already gotten numerous PMs of people ready to get their Simas registered, and thank you so much for your cooperation, guys. I appreciate that you guys are so on board to get this done.

From around the 1st of June to the 8th or 9th of June, I won't be available to answer questions, but we'll keep you updated on the progress of the archives.

A google doc will be added to the front page of Simas and the discussion thread for everybody to locate if they are confused about anything or forget the guidelines.

we'll be starting our Summer Event in a matter of days! the theme is a secret, but we nearly have it complete. keep an eye out for the next couple of days! I found that it's best for June, since it's probably the only month where I won't be busy and have things going on (personal reasons as well as time planning for the archiving and Sima revamp).

The new Simas and items will be added to the new archives! So don't worry about making sure we have these ones, we'll document them as the event goes on.

whenever you find the time! items are preferred to be done by the time the hiatus is over, but there really isn't an end date.

whenever you get the item portion in, no more from before the hiatus will be added and any unlisted will be voided. so please make sure you have all of your items up to this point documented!
