I sort of dropped off the face of ChickenSmoothie for a little bit.
I'm unsure of where to begin on the matter, but I'm stuck with a lack of extra time, stemming from multiple sources all at once. I get very little sleep, and have little energy and I've been depressed and frustrated for a couple months now.
I'm a moderator for Kaylune (another petsite) and I'm beginning to focus less on adoptables because of the high volume of adopts it takes to create a community and I simply cannot provide that alone.

I don't know when I'm going to be able to devote time to working on the species, on creating designs and honestly, there's so much about the lineart that leaves me unsatisfied as an artist. I'm going to be thinking about ways to improve it so that the design can incorporate the entire body and not have the wing obscure so much of the midsection. This will take a while and lots of effort on my end.

This being said, I do want to hire willing artists and I will be sampling the current artist entries for willing artists whose art and design capabilities meet or exceeds the standard of Novibats' design (which is probably pretty low, lol).

In any case... I'll see y'all around, but you'll probably be seeing less of me.

Hi, everybody! Long time no see...?
Right now, I'm streaming a couple of Novibat designs~

I will be revamping the reference eventually and I do have a new
lineart in mind, but I'll be working on other things (mostly school assignments)
before I can work on furthering the species.
