No, Customs are not open; the topic title would say "Shugorei - Open - Customs Open". Customs are only open for a short time each month, and you must be fast to catch a slot. However, they will open again.

I'd definitely be interested, especially now that my tablet finally works with chibipaint. ; 3 ;
I would've applied for a guest artist slot as well but I don't have any examples of my coloring / designing skills 'cause I do all my work with PaintTool SAI because my old tablet refused to work in oekaki.

I think it would be fun an I'd apply, but I have two months away from my tablet and I can't do anything with my trackpad, so I have to wait a while before I can do much.
