You can ask here or over at the discussion thread if someone would let you use there sima(s) as parents for you're orphan. You'll need to screenshot them agreeing that you may use one or more of there simas as adoptive parents for you're form. Once someone lets you use one of there simas as a parent and you got the screenshot for proof, just fill out the non-owner form.
