Its OK Koiley, I am in the process of moving too and I don't have much time to do drawings. I just hope 500 doesn't postpone to like, August XD.

Uhmmm it hasn't been discussed, but I'm going to say no for now. Llamaling dust can do magical things, but I don't think beans have figured out gender reconstruction surgery yet. ^^;

Beans? Wouldn't like vets/doctors do the gender reconstruction?

Question spurred on by the above discussions; Would a user be allowed to change the gender of their bean after adopting it if the artist originally gave adopters a choice? Maybe not after owning it for a certain amount of time, since then the gender would be set, but before then? I don't plan on doing this, but I'm curious. C:

    Ok, so I have a few questions and a couple of suggestions. :3
    Apologies if this is counted as spam. ovo;;

    Hiccup wrote:

    I'm a little confused here. In the species headquarters, Hiccup states that breeding can be every two months. Whereas in the nursery, it's only every month. So I'm wondering which one it is?
    ---
    Are we allowed to give our beans grey fur? Maybe a bit of a beard?
    When my boy Salt grows older, I thought it would be cool for him to start getting grey furs, to show he's old. xD
    So do JBDs get grey fur? As in when they get older?
    It wouldn't count towards the four colour rule (for me anyway) as Salt only has two colours. But yes, I'm jut wondering. cx
    ---
    If you have a child bean, that you've owned for say six months, can you age it directly to an adult? Just saying that it has been a teen for a couple months, but you just couldn't get to colour it's teen ref? o3o
    ---
    And now onto some suggestions for Kiley. >:D
    So, I've noticed beans don't come out until the '00th has been posted. And each day most people would just be coming back to see if it's posted yet. So, can you, I don't know, reserve a bean? As in, just post it as a wip, so beans can continue to be made, while the spot for '00 is still saved? (more of a question than a suggestion but who cares)

    What I meant was what you all seem to be saying and agreeing with: Kiley saying that posting is no lot allowed on the wip bean. And if anyone did post, I'm sure Komi would delete it for us. :3

    And, instead of us all waiting for a while for a beans since the special '00 is being made, how about just make the bean before hand? That way, of Kiley starts 600 right after 500 is posted, she can take her time with making it, and it would just be a matter of posting it when the special time comes around. ^^

I really like these ideas, I would like to just add on some pros and cons, I hope this does not count as spam.
If Kiley posts the hundredth bean early it might get spammed up right away and even locked. Also if the artists start making lots of beans right away it will be harder for people to see the hundredth bean and realize it is out.
I think it is a great idea to start 600 ASAP, because when we reach 599 no one will have to feel rushed or have to wait a long time.

Also some suggestions:
If you do decide to post 500 before it is done I suggest having something saying "Do not post" somewhere.
Also another idea I had: Artists tend to make a lot of beans and save them an post them as soon as the hundredth bean is made. I suggest waiting just a bit and trying not to post more than three beans a day. I find it upsetting when I want to try for the amazing hundredth bean but while I am working on my form for him/her 20 new, great looking beans are posted, most I love but miss and so many that I just can't decide or make the time to try for. Sometimes I find this upsetting. Also I think waiting to post the beans is better too because later in the hundred, when it is nearing the next hundredth bean the artists have used up all their ideas and beans come a lot more slowly.

I also have another unrelated suggestion:
When an artist makes a short contest bean I am not against it but I am against beans that end in less time than it took to make them. These beans often look amazing and many good owners fall in love with them but they could end up with inactive careless owners because they just had a lucky guess or posted quick.

And anther suggestion that is even less related:
I would suggest Adopt Me/Adopted/Custom signs in the future.
I find it annoying when a whole bunch of new beans are posted but I have no idea which ones are for adoption or not because I missed a day or two on CS.
Also sometimes the form is still up and I start to fill it out before realizing the bean has been Adopted/Closed for judging.

I think that is it,

Hekomi or another mod could simply lock it until the time comes that Kiley is done?

I really like all these ideas. I do have a suggestion to add on though: if the 500 bean is posted as a wip, the artist could just put a note/rule on saying that if you post a reserve or spam, then you are not allowed to try for that bean.

Thanks for reading
