You have to wait 10 days after breeding a viscet before you can breed them again.
(which is when the baby is full grown, so that'd be the 20th before you can breed Celozon again)

How do you adopt them?

This is the viscet nursery, sometimes there are abandoned babies
and sometimes second gen babies that go up for adoption as well;
currently we don't have any up for adoption that I know of;
however there are several adult viscets up for adoption on the main thread c:
