A tracker dog with hair? Unheard of.
I have no idea why they'd need hair if they have fur.
Zombie sounds nice though.

I don't think so. Stitches wouldn't have any purpose to a Tracker Dog.
Remember that these creatures are bred in a lab, bred to perfection, so stitches and half-dead creatures wouldn't pass quality control and get disposed of.
I can make some with zombie colors and additional features, but no dead dogs.
