Faulty Eryth acts the same as ghost markings, meaning that rather than being a gene made up of Eer, it instead has the chance to modify Eer. The only way to get a faulty eryth collie is a custom/adopt that's specifically labeled as Faulty Eryth, or breed one labeled as Faulty Eryth that will have a 50% chance to modify Eer into faulty! So I'm afraid no, any collie not labeled as Faulty Eryth is simply just a normal expression collie that carries eryth. It won't be able to pass faulty in a breeding either unless bred to a faulty. I hope that makes sense!
