You might have to check with Vineta 'bout that. ^w^

In the rules it says-

- Do not add accessories or any mutations to your Starry. You can earn things like this in events. Piercings and tiny things like that are allowed, but no major things such as glasses or scarves.

Would a collar holding a Starry's stars be considered as a accessory not allowed? Just wondering. c:
