Okay, first off, I have hired another moderator. Welcome Doncaster! You will be added up front soon. Due to incessant spam, I am also considering a warnings list. System and warning amounts are still being decided, but forms while I am clearly closed? Big no no...

I need to say right now that sadly I will NOT be reopenning for a while more. I am terribly sorry, but until this coming Sunday, I have no time at all for forms and custom art due to a school one act production that we are fine tuning. Next Wednesday, also, I am leaving for a large statewide event for our performance to compete against other schools, and will not return until at least the following Sunday. I am completely unsure of internet/computers being there, so I am unable to accept art orders whilst in this craziness.

Now, this is how it will work; for those who have held their form back and NOT posted it when I am closed, they have permission to post it when I do a short openning Sunday, maybe extended into Monday or Tuesday. When I open, I will also post new updated rules to be followed and how the warnings will work. In that window I will accept forms from the ones who were attentive to the rules. I will close before I leave Wednesday/when there are more than enough forms, to prevent spam while I am on this competition trip. In that window, the mods have complete and utter control of the thread. I trust they will keep things smooth and under control. If you break a rule while I am gone, your form will be instantly rejected. When the performances are done, I shall have plenty of time on my hands to reopen.^^

Hey, guys. This last closing saw a ton of spam and forms when I was closed, so I am enforcing several new policies, but I wish to make a refresher. Doncaster will be our new mini mod alongside MadWolf, since the spam is getting crazier and I am getting more and more time cut, and I can tell already MadWolf probably needs someone else to help out.

I am sadly, also forced into adding a warning list. I never wanted to do this, but it’s ridiculous that I have to have a three strike policy on spamming. This will be strictly enforced by me and the mods; one spam post is a strike. Posting a form when closed or arguing with a mod is two. Three strikes will mean you have to wait three pages before posting again. Post again before that number, you will be banned. Spamming includes…
- Posting your excitement of being next
- Bumping
- Posting forms when I’m clearly closed

Now, in terms of new policies…
- You will not post AT ALL when the shop is closed on the main thread. Posting on made characters is fine, but unless asking a question, shut your mouth and wait. This is because of incessant spam and forms which are bugging me to no end.
- Bumps, unless by me or the mods, are prohibited. When closed, no bumps will be posted unless it’s due to questions and mods or me answering them.
- Mods word is law… No exceptions unless I counter them. No arguing to what they say.
- Forms prohibited when closed; when the shop is open, you may post forms, but no other time. Forms posted when closed have instant rejection.
- You must wait every five posts to request another form. This lets others get art as well as you.
- You must be patient and not ask when I will be done with your form. I have a TON to do, most very detailed. Time is essential!
- Goodness gracious, PLEASE let us do our roles and don’t intervene! It’s just spam inducing!
