Since today is my birthday I made a somewhat special Teirue for the occasion. He isn't rare or anything, but he is special. You guys should check him out and see if you like him ^^

Question, how many runner ups can we give? I didn't see it in the rules. :3

That is because there is no rule to limit the # of runner ups you can make, however if I see a need for a rule about it to be added, I will, so if you do runner ups, only do so many as you think is fair.

My own personal opinion about Runner-ups is:
If there are multipule people that that have astonding forms (in the artist's opinon), those select few should get a Runner up Teirue. If you put good work into your form and we can tell that, then I believe you should get something for your hard work
