the cat you referenced is actually a calibby; calicos and callibies are generally female! males will be saved for special adopts ^^
if you're alright with a trans-tom, it could still work, though!
and regards to the eyes, there would need to be a white marking (perhaps even a small one) for the eye to be blue.
