And are we allowed to have more than one human character? I mean even from different tribes. So could I have for example Valerian from Mat'iri and Tasha from Mat'onit? (just because I will definitly try on #18, and I think it would better fit to Tasha...)

On almost everything, including this, I like natural colours with an unnatural twist. So, for example, a brown dog with some gold markings around its eyes and legs.

And i too like more natural colors. The designs can really be anything but i prefer for them all to be natural colors, so we can add unnatural colored tribal paint when we train them like you said.

You may create as many characters as you can handle, and from any tribe. I say "you can handle" meaning don't make so many each one isn't receiving proper attention and use. Especially for RP.
Each rider only owns and bonds to one dinosaur in the dino's lifetime. If the dinosaur dies, the owner may seek out a new steed.

It changes, I let more "popular" designs stay open longer than others. I give a heads up a day or two in advance of it's closing.

You may make art and/or write stories for your dino, but it may or may not increase chances. I choose the form I think best matches the dino with the rider (so rider descriptions help), with the tribe chosen, and with the user I think it would do well with.
