Why can't I make wobbles?

To make them? Basically, I copied the picture onto [url=pixlr.com]Pixlr[/url], which is sort of like an online version of Photoshop. Then, I shrunk it down, and copied the part I wanted to use in the stamp. After that, I just closed the picture, made a new, slightly larger, and transparent picture. After that, I selected the colors I wanted as a border and inside of the outline, created the the shape, and pasted the picture into a new layer. After that, I just used the text tool to put in the words, went to the layer style section under the 'Layer' tab, and added a hard outer glow. Then, I just saved it, uploaded the picture to tinypic, and used the codes

to link it. You can do this with almost any picture editing and uploading tools, of course. It all depends on what you're most comfortable with~

If you mean using the picture itself in a signature or something, of course, all you really need to do is copy the code listed on the front page, then past it into wherever you'd like it, e.g. your signature, a thread, etc. It should work, so long as the site supports BBCode, which many forums do ^^
