Yes, Penn Diagram potions may be purchased for additional chances (x2 or x3, depending on what you purchase) to roll a chanced trait of your choice. For example, you may purchase a penn x3 for minor mane mutation, which will give you three extra rolls to chance that specific trait. However, there is no guarantee that you will get that mutation, as it all depends on how the numbers roll (from random.org, for chance rate see the nursery inheritance and chances).
Ah, I see, thank you so much !!

So, I just wanted some quick clarification, what exactly qualifies as extreme?
Extreme accessories would be ones that change the anatomy or make the viscet appear to have some sort of mutation it does not. For example, full scale wings or wings with not visible harness/armor to show that they are fake, a limb coated entirely by metal pieces which makes it look mechanical, contacts, horns with no visible armor to show they are not real, tooth or hair extensions (something in the mouth to give them different fangs or extended hair that was not on the design itself), bone armor which resembles the bone shell mutation, something covering the tail to make it look mutated (ex: a large, fur covered tube over a non-mutated tail which makes it look like a leopard tail). Those are just a few that I could think of. If you are still uncertain, feel free to contact myself or another staff member ^^ If you are curious about a particular item, you can send a staff member a picture of it - preferably on a viscet so we know how it would fit and appear - to get the yes or no on it c:

Is giving a viscet armor allowed? Not bone armor, just ordinary armor

So I know it's very rude to ask an artist when they're going to be judging a contest after the end date, but the end date on a Viscet was February 25th and the artist hasn't even posted anything on CS since March 8th. I was wondering if there was anything I should do or if it was appropriate to ask about it now since it's been so long. I don't think so, but I thought I'd check just in case. I'm very excited for this particular Viscet, and I'm really excited to see who the winner is. Thank you! <3

So, I didn't see this addressed anywhere in the rules, but forgive me if it's there and I just missed it. Are we allowed to revamp customs? So, say if I designed a custom viscet now, and in a month or so, I'm unhappy with my drawing skills on the deisgn, could I redraw the same design?

the only adjustments to customs we allow is the adding of scars / accessories, etc. Minor adjustments like smoothing out one line might be allowed if need be, but for the most part customs are pretty well set in stone after they are made. If you're not confident in your edits / designing skill on the oekaki then we advise asking an official artist for help with designing your custom. many of our staff take on designing or transferring customs to the oekaki, so you simply pm some of the artist staff to ask if they would be able to and show them what you have thus far and ask for their help. Artists like howlingtothestars, silversamurai and grifforik often do this, but others like jolteon, yugi, james, strudel and many others will also take on customs as well. This is the best advice I have for you so you can be the most satisfied with your customs outcome. c:
