◇ Guest Artist can make 3 SD's, 2 common and 1 uncommon or 2 common and 1 uncommon custom (only one custom per GA)
◇ Before the uncommon/custom is made, the 2 commons have to be made first
◇ If you have been a Guest Artist for multiple times and I like your designs, you will be given an opportunity to join the Design Team
◇ Sleepy Dragons should not have huge major edits
◇ Artists cannot be a GA for two terms in a row
