Yes, I only do Oekaki, but I can use other sites, though it would be hard for me.
Will you be able to make a design around once a month if you become an official artist?
I can make it any time you want me to, at least I'll try to make 3 per month, at least.

Can you uses Oekaki: Yeah, but I prefer to use my other art program. I can load .psds so it should be fine.
Will you be able to make a design around once a month if you become an official artist? Of course. I spend a lot of time on CS and a lot more time designing things.
Extra: I don't have much designed lately offsite, online with Oekaki I have no pen pressure and therefor my Oekaki designs are much simpler. I'm dabbling in new ways to design often, and am making improvements. I'll do my best to get kitsuneko's out and available for the general public! u v u
