Design: Something similar to the July lion but with a rose on her thigh with curls/swirls going down the leg.
Colors: Base color is a creamy white design is rainbow.
Accessories: A scarf, legs warmers only on fore-legs, and a string necklace with a large orb.
Accessories colors: I don't know what would match. Maybe bright green or pale blue? Or maybe both? Idk. Whatever matches best.
Feather colors: Neon/bright green and Pale blue. Swirled together.

I'm sorry ~Sundapple~ I'll get to it as soon as I can, unless another artist does it first!

and Rainbows rule, so you want the flowery thing on the first cat on the thigh, i get that, but for the swirly patter you want it on the thigh too right? And one last thing for clarity, you want the entire design on the forleg leg of the cat (for the flower) not just the top flower part to be on the thigh? (Is that too confusing? I tried to make the last sentence make sense! )
