The limit will increase sooner or later but since it's just opened, I want others to have a chance and hoarding not to happen the moment it had opened!

I might consider changing the rules to something like may own up to 3 per 20 released.
So if I pop that now, you may own 3 max from 1-20.
Then so on;
- 21-40
- 41-60
- 61-80

I won't count breeding as slots possibly as there is already going to be a limit to how many times you may breed per month anyways!
If I do event I might do another ID for those in another color in tab to keep things easier to keep track of with their own limits!

Adoption Limit;

- You may Own up to 3 Misties per 20 released
- This is to prevent heavy hoarding, and gives a chance to others
- If 3 out of 20 ends up to difficult for others to obtain Misties in the
future then this rule will be changed!

Decided to just stick with this idea so people don't have to limit themselves to much,
but still do remember you may only own 3 per 20 that are released!
Foals from breeding doesn't count, only adopts!
As there is a limit for when breeding starts, this will prevent someone from,
trying to do 10 breedings in a month!

Well that's up to you as if get them, and there are others that release up to 20 that you like, you'd be unable to adopt them!

Any with fees do NOT count within the 3 out of every 20.... just don't hoard them or you'll eventually be denied!

So if anyone caps on freebies, and there are often some with a fee and listed it's not counted in the 3/20 then you may buy it!

You are allowed to buy this, even if you own 3, and this is in the same batch of 20!

This is what a form will look like if there is an adopt that won't count towards your 3/20.
So if you have adopted 3 from the same batch one is with an adoption fee, you're allowed to apply for it!
You just must pay it's asking fee!
