okay, so what you do is you click on one of the little pictures of a shino under the cover page. there are currently two up for adoption. once you click on one that's up for adoption, all you do is fill out a form, and you have a chance to enter! it's kind of like a competition, and the prize is the shino. i hope that makes sense, i'm kinda horrible at explaining things. >w<
