pokemon theeemeees like the nerd i am.

i can't decide on just one, so ill let the artist pick which one they'd prefer

either a female based off of meowth/persian (???) or skitty/delcatty (love + life)
or a male based off of shinx/luxio/luxray (electric + sound) or raikou (electric + water) ; v ;
for the males tail and/or mane edits would be great<3

I've been looking through the rules and frequent questions, but found none that regards to one I have. My tablet does not work with Oekaki or Oekaki doesn't work on my laptop, which means I can not use the given lines on it. I was wondering if there are given lines outside of Oekaki, or if there is an alternative.

I believe someone can provide you with the part of the lines you will need it you tell them what you want. But regarding CS rules, you will need to have someone else take what you do one another program and transmit it onto CS - no covered adopts.
