- Any previous hatchlings must have homes before a parrapup can breed again!
- A parrapup can only breed 10 times in total for now.

Putting a couple new rules in place! We would like to see less of people breeding parras just because they can and never finding homes for the children; hopefully these rules cut down on that uvu
