Marking! ♥ I'm also really glad to see this species back here on CS, I have to admit that I was no longer able to keep track of the species after they changed to dA even though I did make sure to register my one and only Mako. X3
Speaking of which, will past Mako still be part of the species and all? When an Archive is made, will it have all the pre-existing Makos?

AH it's funny because we're just talking about this as a staff group.
Yes, pre-existing makos will be included in the archive.
Starting with version 2.0 [This version] We will pick up where the first line set left off.
They stopped at #111 [Not including the runner ups]. The first mako here will be #112 and so on as to make it easier on our archivist who isn't a part of deviant art.
However; if you have a mako not in these two line sets, don't worry. They'll still be makos and still registered. Just in a different category to make it easier since between this archive and the DA one would be a mess if we tried to do it all in physical order of how they were released.
Does that make any sense? ^^

Yes, that makes a lot of sense, thank you so very much Cole! ♥
Is there any chance that the older Makos who were made on the previous lines being transferred to the new ones? Like, my only Mako, Tigerlily, I was never added to her ref so I could put accessories on her if I wanted to. We can do that right? Because I've been wanting to put a tigerlily flower tucked behind my Mako's ear for a long time. X3
