Entries are for the Artist comp. and No you dont need to make one to be a mod. To be a mod all you have to do if fill out the form.

Why do you want to be a mod? : I'm really intrigued by these species, and I would very much like to own one, but I also want to get more involved with them, and since Java no longer works for me, I thought this would be fun. That and I've had so many mini-modding urges lately that I'm going to explode xD
Experience? : Some, but they have been very short-lived unfortunately
