When you buy A custom Token, Yes, You can use it for a custom. You are only allowed to have 3 customs total. Artists and Mods 5. For a simple design it'll cost you 10 uncommons, for a slightly harder design it'll cost you 1 rare, for a harder design, it'll cost you 1 Very rare. But it all depends on the design. And what you want. And If you are asking for a Custom, Please put what artist you are wanting to do the custom.
