Do you know how to code? As in forms? Well, yes. But as in those sites? No.
Have you read the rules and 'About the Species'? Yep, I sure do.
Do you use a Tablet or a Mouse? Tablet.
How active are you on CS and how often will you be able to make them? I won't say that I'm very active later on. But for now, yes, whenever I have the time to get onto CS I will try to make one whenever possible. But, to be honest, I might slack off sometime.
