Especially with large numbers of groups and having specific categories with how they're grouped it gets tedious trying to make sure everything is coding the same so that they all appear together.

Amazing Idea, this has my full support.
It's the only reason why I haven't made my groups fancy looking.
This would be a huge help, and for those collectors, I can't imagine they have to go through with all their groups <3

PLEASE! Having numbers and other characters at the beginning of each group name makes it look messy but I want to be able to order my hoards, trading groups, and favorites the way I want.

There is technically a way to do this currently, but it isn't very well known and is more of a workaround than anything else. CS considers spaces to be earlier in the alphabet than letters, but spaces at the beginning of a group name won't be displayed, so you can put as many spaces as you need at the beginning of a group name to place it in your group listing as desired. It's how I've sorted my groups like so (don't mind my group names):

Cool Patrol and The Squ-odd are preceded by 3 spaces, Eath_Hurricane and Steam Train are preceded by 2 spaces, etc.

That being said, I definitely support an "official" way to do this that is easy to find & intentional on the site's part.
