Did some digging and found my stickers! (I haven't used any cause.. I'm sticker hoarder and don't have sticker book)
I definitely support this. It's been since 2017 since the mall opened (My stickers are the older release from 2012 from the first mall opening) but I missed out of pins, key chains and so so much more that I would gladly get now
Edit: Did some looking and saw a post someone saying that shipping was expensive all to send all over the world. While true. When you ordered you the purchaser paid the shipping. I feel like this is very doable for a site like CS. Wajas owner has their own etsy where they have sold Clay handmade figures, pins, Keychain, stickers, custom orders, posable plushies, and just about anything. I think if CS would expand back into the merch scene and sell to make profit they have the user base. They could open for preoders then order from a printer sticker company to make sure they make a profit and having the user basw basically pay for the order but if they sell for profit they would be able to order more the pre ordered and put the rest for sale on the site. Turning even more profit. Goes with anything else either. Plushies, Keychains, and pins! Set a pre-order after getting a estimate from a mass production company and post pre order for profit. The consumer pays the shipping cost and the profit turning price for the item. There are Youtubers I've pre-ordered merch from that do this. Plushies and other big items are pre-order exclusive. But still turn orders.
I know the biggest thing that was a catch for people for the mall was the merch was done BY TESS. By Hand! But if it would mean getting merch back. I would be ok with mass production of product. Much love for Tess but Tess should just Reap the Benifts of the site. If it means we can get merch. This also gives profit to hire coders to give Nick some room with profit. There's so much that merch can solve on this site with constant orders and pre orders of merch that just C$ can't do. It's a tradeble source of income. Meaning yes there's a profit. But Big BUT people only buy it when they want it or need it. Why buy it when I can trade, sell art/Adopts, or get what I want from another user by means of trading pets or items.
I don't mean to be all business techy. But its a valid way and reason to get merch on the site. There's a huge user base. Use it. Profit. Put back into the site.
