(if you do decide to do a halfbody, the thing around his waist is a rope, not beads, and the grey material is leather-y like, not fabric)
3 things about the character/s: he absolutely adores the stars; he is aware that his appearance is considered cute and often uses those cute charms to make friends/socialise with others; his gills glow a pale yellow and sparkle slightly whenever he casts spells and he especially loves any sort of spell that sparkles, involves small lights or has anything to do with stars. he is male
Type of art: i'll let you choose which of the more chibi ones you'd rather do for him, if that's fine?
Any other info: he's an axolotl, and a small lil bub (literally stands at like 2'6). he's one of my dnd characters for an upcoming campaign, and he's neutral good, as well as overall a very very sweet and wholesome character (:
