-If I want the character I'll claim within 7 days, if I claim I'll make you a character so have some likes/dislikes handy.
XXXXX-I might do some of these off oekaki since I'm more comfortable using SAI.
-If I don't claim you can do whatever with the character.
-You can make Off-Oekaki Characters and post them on this thread or PM them to me
