yes hello I am a character hoarder

basically I just want more characters with things that I really really like

rules:
-do not give me or ask for anything demonic (bat wings and devil tails and stuff don't count for this rule)
-you can draw it yourself, or use the cat sketch base I made (more bases might come if wanted?)
-you can do this off-oekaki, just make sure to PM me with it!
-if I don't connect with the character you make, you can keep them :>
-on your post, please give me a list of your preferences! it helps me with your character

what I like/want:
pastel goth (mostly blue or green)
gothic stuff in general
snow leopards!!
felines
anthro or feral
canines
any species except for equines is good
TV heads!
vampires are cool
I love floof
TOP HATS!!!!!
green and pink together
undertale OCs? owo
anthropomorphic moths!

what I DON'T want:
humans are really hard for me to draw
neon colors (unless they're done well)
demonic symbols and related things
equines
natural designs (but you can still do those if you want!)
