i've updated the rule regarding the breeding limit!

because of how many breeding got submitted since i cycled in the new characters, i almost shut it down due to me being overwhelmed. to combat this, i've changed the breeding limit rule. thank you for understanding.

your first 5 breedings are free | instead of a total breeding limit, i've decided to make the first 5 breedings free, and any additional breedings are 25c$ each! this applies to all breedings submitted after september 3rd 2023.
