all you need to do is draw on the rectangle pattern field on the right to design your floc pattern! c:
then, you place the pattern on the floc to the left (see: image or video tutorials)
and then your part is done!

post your myo with the accompanying form and ill reply with the animated version shortly after ^^

though, please remember to abide by the species' custom/myo rules [x], as there are rules as to what you can use to commission floc patterns, as well as value limits.
