It’s been forever since I’ve used oekaki and I’ve been attempting this with no luck. I can pull up the thing and can get to the folder that says color me but when I try and actually color any of the individual layers nothing happens. Do I need to remove anything or select anything before it’ll let me use it properly? Thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure you're only coloring in the layer called "inner orb color"! You also have to either delete or hide "Layer 4 copy" as that's the cover and covers the entire image!
