STOP MAKING COLOUR INS!
Anyone who has made a colour in after the user el. will not get a character! This is due to your failure to read. It clearly says closed!
Apologies.
Also it would seem some of you are failing to read the rules.
Adding a prompt is not optional. If you do not add a prompt we will not know what you want and it's getting tedious as we keep having to ask what you guys want. Please, don't make it hard for us. >.<
If you've read the rules this is of course not directed at you. Keep being angels, you guys. :3

We will now be adding a colour-in whenever it is shut, and any after this post has been made will not be done. When we post an 'open' colour-in, we will be ignoring any that were in-between the two colour-ins and focusing on those who read the rules.

Idea: Write "CLOSED!" on it and merge all the layers! That'll make it clear!
