I saw you liked bovines with features of other species so why not give him a sentient snake tail and have him be part snake? Also drawing hooves are hard so I gave him paws, so I guess you can pretend he's part canine too lol

Was originally gonna go with an acid pixie theme but I ended up going with natural colors. Hope you like him!
