aha finally getting it done

- melty halos that ~*`glow`*~
- kinda goat like horns? more so in the general shape
- mm more wings :)
- gonna add space-like patterns in the ball on the tail + wing ends
- ngl it looks sassy lol

alright! glow + halos are on separate layers, as well as 3 new colors in the color swatches that I used for the space bits
